Colleen Luckett, Training Product Specialist, Training & Development, MGMA, has an extensive background in publishing, content development, and marketing communications in various industries, including healthcare, education, law, telecommunications, and energy. Mid-career, she took a break to teach English as a Second Language (ESL) for four years in Japan, after which she earned her master's degree with honors in multilingual education upon her return stateside. After a few years of adult ESL instruction in the States, she re-entered Corporate America in 2021. At MGMA, she helps design and deliver training and education solutions that meet busy healthcare leaders where they are. She also supports MGMA Insights Podcast Network production.
