      MGMA has reserved a block of rooms until Tuesday, March 24, 2026, or until sold out, whichever comes first. 

      Please note: 

      • Complementary overnight parking is included for hotel guests and complimentary self-parking is available for event attendees.
      • To reserve a room within the Room Block, a valid credit card is required from the guest.  This deposit is refundable up to three (3) days before the event.
      • Hotel check in time is 3:00 PM, and check out time is 12:00 PM.
