MGMA has reserved a block of rooms until Friday, August 29, 2025, or until sold out, whichever comes first. After this date, reservations at the group rate will be accepted on a space-available basis only. Please note: If the room block fills before the cut-off date, MGMA may not be able to procure more rooms at the group rate.
Other Details
- If you choose to call directly to make a reservation, please call 1-877-840-8236 and mention group code 91E.
- Sleeping room rates are exclusive of applicable state and local taxes, currently 6% state, 9% city, and 1.75% county, and 1.25% San Antonio Tourism PID Fee.
- The hotel’s check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM. All guests arriving before check-in time will be accommodated as rooms become available.
- All rooms booked within the event’s room block will include complimentary guest Wi-Fi.
Parking
To ensure smooth entry and exit, each guest must validate their parking as they arrive.
How to Receive Your Complimentary Parking for Overnight Hotel Guests:
- Pull into the hotel and collect your license plate number
- Check in at the front desk, give them your information
- A pass will be assigned to your vehicle. Valid for the duration of your reservation.
- 4. Should you leave the parking lot and return, this process does NOT need to be completed again
How to Receive Your Complimentary Parking for Non-Hotel Guests:
- Pull into the hotel and collect your license plate number
- Go to your meeting space, and use this QR Code to receive validation
Once your information is placed in the system, complimentary parking will be assigned to your vehicle. Should you leave the parking lot and return, this process must be completed again
Important Parking Information:
• Metropolis parking access is license plate–based. If guests already have a Metropolis account, their vehicle will be auto recognized. o Because Metropolis operates throughout Texas, guests may initially receive a notification showing standard parking charges- please don’t proceed.
• Please note there are signs posted around the property outlining our standard parking procedures where charges are applied. Kindly disregard those and register through the tablet to ensure their parking is complimentary.
